Who we are:
U.N.I. is a Bay Area underground collective
with the primary focus of making positive
change in our communities and giving local
artists a platform to express their
political/social views. We support all artists
that want to be part of a progressive
movement to make change in the world one
rhythm, note or scale at a time.
Whether the event is showcasing MC's,
electronic dj's, live bands or visual artists,
the U.N.I Collective backs creative
expression.
U.N.I. is not an acronym but instead a play
on words that symbolizes what we stand for,
YOU and I. Our events are about people,
like you and I, coming together, with open
minds, to make change in our community
and as always...get down and tear up the
dance floor.

Common Ground, for non-profit
organizations that are striving to make
positive change in the community.
Our goals include:
1) Raising funds for the non-profit
organization so they can continue to
make a positive impact on the
people/community that they serve.
2) To highlight the organization and
services they provide as well as
acknowledge the work they have done in
the community.
3) Provide a space where people can
network with other community folks as
well as have a good time, dance and
continue to build community connections.
Our past beneficiaries have been the
Mission Education Project, Inc. (MEPI)
and Oasis for Girls. Please contact us if
you would like your non-profit to be the
focus of our next event.
